DMCA Copyright Policy for Formula One Controversial Rule
Formula One Controversial Rule (the "Site") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Formula One Controversial Rule service and/or the Formula One Controversial Rule website (the "Service") if such claims are properly reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
This policy describes the information that should be present in a notice of alleged copyright infringement, as well as the information required for a counter-notification to restore content that has been removed due to an alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or is the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL to the specific content on the Site).
- Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a Counter-Notification containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent.
- Identification of the Material: Identify the specific URL(s) or other unique identifying information of material that Formula One Controversial Rule has removed or to which Formula One Controversial Rule has disabled access.
- Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Formula One Controversial Rule may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
